To: Subscribers and Users of Marine Terminal Schedule 10-A

Effective December 1, 2015, the Georgia Ports Authority is issuing the changes to the above referenced Schedule.

The details are as follows:

RULES

Rule 34-035 Free Time

The word “calendar” is being added, as in “consecutive calendar days” for the sake of clarity. Also, the exception pertaining to containers which are received by the Authority, but ultimately outgated and not exported via either Garden City Terminal or Ocean terminal is being added, so as to correspond to like language in MTO Schedule 5-A.

Rule 34-058 Outgating of Non-Vessel Containers

Title of this rule is changing as indicated above from the previous title of Outgating of Domestic / Landbridged Containers. This is due to the changes made October 1, 2015 pertaining to the definition of non-vessel containers.

Rule 34-240 Drayage, Non-Vessel Chassis

Title of this rule is changing as indicated above from Drayage, Domestic Chassis, so as to properly correlate with how non-vessel containers are defined.

The new rates will be available for viewing at www.gaports.com no later than November 15, 2015.

For subscribers to this Schedule, revised pages will be e-mailed prior to December 1, 2015.

Questions should be addressed to the undersigned or to your account representative. It is suggested to place questions in written format to insure there is no misunderstanding.
