All employees of the Georgia Ports Authority are expected to maintain and exercise the highest moral and ethical standards in carrying out their responsibilities and functions. Employees must conduct themselves in a manner that prevents all forms of impropriety, placement of self-interest above public interest, partiality, prejudice, threats, favoritism, and undue influence.

The Governor’s executive order establishes a code of ethics for the executive branch and all state employees.
