Agitation Maintenance Dredging

Contract Description:  12 Mo. contract to provide labor, materials, tools, equipment, and other services required to provide agitation maintenance dredging for the Garden City Terminal, Berths 1, 2, 3 ,4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 to project depths of 47 ft.- 50 ft. Berth 50 at a project depth of 36 ft. and Ocean Terminal Berths 1, 2, 12, 13, 18, 19 a project depth of 42 – 47 ft. per the attached specifications, requirements, and attachments.  

Contract Term:  The contract term will be a twelve (12) month period and may be renewed for two (2) successive one (1) year renewal periods with written approval of the GPA and the vendor.  If funding for a renewal period is approved, the services would be ordered on a new contract if all contracting parties so agree, and services/products provided by the vendor have been satisfactory.
