To: Users of GPA’s Marine Terminal Operator Schedule (“MTOS”) No 5-A , No 10-A and No 11
Effective October 1, 2020, the Georgia Ports Authority (“GPA”) will implement the following changes to the MTOS:
No 11 Appalachian Regional Port
Rule 220 page 4 Non Rail Container Rate
• Non-Rail container from $185 to $200, per container
These changes will be available for viewing at www.gaports.com under MTO Schedules on October 1, 2020.

Effective April 1, 2020, the Georgia Ports Authority (“GPA”) will implement the following changes to the MTOS – APR No. 11, Rule 34-200:
Rule 34-200
Consolidated Rate For International Containers – Per Lift
Loaded import container $900.00 per container per lift
Empty import container $850.00 per container per lift
Loaded export container $550.00 per container per lift
Empty export container $500.00 per container per lift
Services included in the Consolidated Rate:
Rail transport to/from the ARP and the Chatham ICTF or Mason ICTF.
Terminal handling at the ARP.
Gate interchange at the ARP.
Lift fee at the ARP.
These changes will be available for viewing at www.gaports.com under MTOS – APR No. 11, Rule 34-200 on April 1, 2020.
