The proposed work consists of raising the elevation of the existing 20-acre parking lot a uniform 3 feet. The project will include ripping the existing asphalt in place, crack and seat existing concrete pavement in place, placement of select fill raising the site, construction of Fabriform side slopes, paving the raised site with asphalt, pavement striping, and installation and monitoring of erosion and sediment control measures. The project is located at the Colonel’s Island Terminal, Brunswick, Georgia.
