The proposed work consists of providing all material, equipment, and labor required to construct the first phase of an intermodal yard with a lead rack, two working tracks, and a by-pass track. The work consists of constructing approximately 17,000 feet of track, 12-acres of paved staging yard, fire protection system, grading, drainage, high-mast lighting, gate booth with canopy, pavement markings, and other ancillary items as required to complete the work. The majority of the project will occur on a previously constructed subgrade. The project is located at the Colonel’s Island Terminal, Brunswick, Georgia.
