What We Do
It is the intent of the Georgia Ports Authority Risk Management Department to reduce organizational risk in a manner which balances corporate growth and enhances productivity to the greatest degree possible through the management of risk and exposures. The Risk Management department provides oversight in areas such as claims management, insurance management and workers’ compensation management by planning, directing, and coordinating the Georgia Ports Authority programs to control and reduce risk and loss exposures.
