Contract Description: To included cleaning services required to provide janitorial services for the Georgia Ports Authority, Mayor’s Point Terminal and Colonel’s Island Terminal located in Brunswick, Georgia. The successful bidder shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, supplies (including chemicals with exception of items listed that will be provided by GPA).
Mandatory Pre-Conference: 10:00 AM, Friday; August 12, 2022
Location: Georgia Ports Authority – 100 Gloucester Street, Brunswick, GA 31520
A Pre-Conference is scheduled for the date and time specified. Vendors are highly encouraged to attend and be prepared to review the specifications and ask questions. Please submit any questions in writing via the Ariba platform.
Please confirm your attendance by sending an email through the message area in Ariba by 5:00 pm, Thursday, August 11, 2022. A valid photo ID is required upon entrance to the GPA Administration Building.
Site Visit: Site visit will be immediately after preconference ends. TWIC and GPA Credentials is required for entry on the terminal escort maybe limited.
