To: Users of GPA’s Marine Terminal Operator Schedule (“MTOS”) No. 12 (GIP)
Effective May 1, 2026, the Georgia Ports Authority (“GPA”) is issuing a new schedule covering charges, definitions, and rules governing handling and storage of containers and trailers and other miscellaneous services applicable at the Gainesville Inland Port (GIP) at Gainesville, Georgia.
The schedule includes the following rules:
- Rule 34-005 — Governing Schedule
- Rule 34-010 — Application of Schedule
- Rule 34-015 — Application of Railroad’s Intermodal Rules Circular
- Rule 34-020 — Definitions
- Rule 34-025 — Free Time for Loaded Containers
- Rule 34-030 — Storage for Empty Containers
- Rule 34-035 — Removal of Empty Containers
- Rule 34-040 — Working Hours
- Rule 34-045 — Holidays
- Rule 34-200 — GIP Terminal Facilitation Fees
- Rule 34-205 — Import Loaded Storage & Export Loaded Storage
- Rule 34-210 — Empty Container Storage
