The proposed work consists of a design-build contract which includes the assessment, analysis, design and installation of new metal roofing system(s), including roof drainage systems at up to three warehouses (ranging in size from 8,700 SF to 222,000 SF); all structures are adjoining and therefore, a comprehensive roofing and drainage system should be considered.  The existing main structural framing components are to remain and any necessary refurbishments or upgrades to existing members to ensure code compliance should be addressed as a part of this Project.
