The Georgia Ports Authority (GPA) will receive sealed Design-Build proposals for the Ocean Terminal and Garden City Terminal Building Program, located in Savannah, GA and Garden City, GA, respectively.  The proposed work consists of four building packages.  Package 1: Ocean Terminal Operations Building and Parking Garage; Package 2: Ocean Terminal Maintenance Building; Package 3: Ocean Terminal Marine Control Building and Package 4: Garden City Terminal Crane and Ship Operations Building.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will convene at 9:00 A.M., July 9, 2025, in the Training Room at the GPA Human Resources Building, 82 Main Street, Garden City, GA 31408.
