The Georgia Ports Authority (GPA) intends to seek qualifications from Design-Build firms and joint ventures experienced in design and construction of the following works:  T-configured cross-dock warehouse, stacked container yards, electric rubber tired gantry (eRTG) crane runways and electrical systems, trailer parking yard, truck processing gates, car parking, roadways, and all necessary associated civil, electrical, and mechanical works.  Procurement of the eRTG cranes will be done separately by GPA.
