The proposed project consists of providing all materials, equipment, and labor required to complete the replacement of the Berth 1 fenders at the Colonel’s Island Terminal.  Specifically, the project consists of all work required to remove two (2) floating foam filled fenders and four (4) rubber cone fenders with H-pile supported steel frontal panels from the main dock and removal of rubber cone fenders with steel H-pile supported frontal panels from three (3) breasting dolphins, nine (9) fenders in total to be removed.  New installation shall consist of ten (10) rubber cone fenders with steel frontal panels (no H-piles).
