Properties and Contracts

The Properties and Contracts Department provides efficient contract services which cover a wide variety of property and commercial transactions from lease agreements to operating agreements. We have the ability to handle the most complex transactions and provide creative and efficient solutions to meet our customers’ needs. We work closely with GPA’s Special Assistant Attorney General and other outside counsel on all commercial and real estate transactions and contracts. We are here to answer questions and support our customers with virtually any matter related to contracts from understanding terms and conditions to handling negotiations and ongoing contract management.
