Contract provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, and services required to perform program management, preventative maintenance, routine repairs and emergency repairs to HVAC systems and other related equipment located at Georgia Ports Authority’s Garden City and Ocean Terminals in Savannah, Georgia, Mayor’s Point, and Colonel’s Island in Brunswick Georgia, and Steamship Warehouse in Port Wentworth Georgia.
