Contract to provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, supplies (including chemicals with exception of items listed in section 4 specifications which will be provided by the GPA), transportation, and other items and services necessary to maintain the facilities at Georgia Ports Authority Hutchinson Island in an exceptional clean and sanitary condition.
