Contract: RTG and STS Glass Repairs Contract Description: 12 mo. contract: Work includes, but is not limited to, providing all labor, consumable materials, tools, equipment, and service trucks per required to perform operator cabin glass repairs on GPA Ship-To-Shore (STS), Rail Mounted Gantry (RMG) and Rubber Tire Gantry (RTG) Cranes. Contractor shall replace existing glass with same size and type for both STS, RMGs, and RTGs. When installing new glass, the contractor shall take all necessary steps to seal the glass and prevent leaks. Contract Term: The contract term will be a twelve (12) month period and may be renewed for two (2) successive one (1) year renewal periods with written approval of the GPA and the vendor. If funding for a renewal period is approved, the services would be ordered on a new contract if all contracting parties so agree, and services/products provided by the vendor have been satisfactory.
