Contract: Rail track repairs owned by Georgia Ports Authority at the following GPA terminals: Intermodal Container Transfer Facility (ICTF), Garden City, GA, Ocean Terminal, Savannah, GA, Mayor’s Point Terminal, Brunswick, GA, and Bainbridge Terminal, Bainbridge, GA.
Contract Description: 12 Mo. contract to provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and services required to perform routine and emergency rail track repairs and the removal and disposal (off site to a licensed disposal facility) of railroad ties owned by Georgia Ports Authority.
Contract Term: The contract term will be a twelve (12) month period and may be renewed for two (2) successive one (1) year renewal periods with written approval of the GPA and the vendor. If funding for a renewal period is approved, the services would be ordered on a new contract if all contracting parties so agree, and services/products provided by the vendor have been satisfactory.
