Janitorial Services GCT/OT

12 Mo. contract to provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, supplies (including chemicals with exception of items listed in section 4, performance specs, item 4.4 which will be provided by the GPA), transportation, and other items and services necessary to maintain the facilities listed in an exceptional clean and sanitary condition at Georgia Ports Authority Garden City and Ocean Terminal.

A Mandatory Pre-Conference / Site Visit is scheduled for 9:00 a.m., Tuesday April 14, 2026.

Vendors are required to attend in order to participate in the sourcing event. Vendors should be prepared to review the specifications and ask questions.
