Contract: 12 Month Contract for Facilities Electrical Repairs and Services
Contract Description: 12 Mo. Contract to include, but is not limited to, providing two qualified electricians and two helpers with tools, equipment, test equipment, and services required to perform general electrical services at Georgia Ports Authority’s Garden City Terminal, Ocean Terminal, in Savannah and Georgia Ports Authority Brunswick terminals.
Contract Term: The contract term will be a twelve (12) month period and may be renewed for two (2) successive one (1) year renewal periods with written approval of the GPA and the vendor. If funding for a renewal period is approved, the services would be ordered on a new contract if all contracting parties so agree, and services/products provided by the vendor have been satisfactory.

A Mandatory Pre-Conference: Is scheduled for the date and time specified. Vendors are required to attend in order to participate in the sourcing event. Vendors should be prepared to review the specifications and ask questions.
Please submit any questions in writing via the Ariba platform prior to the pre-conference to allow time for answers to be compiled. Anyone attending the pre-conference will need to present a valid photo ID upon entrance to the GPA Administration Building.
