Enterprise Time and Attendance Hardware and Integration Services

The Georgia Ports Authority (GPA) is seeking comprehensive, competitive proposals from qualified vendors to provide, configure, and integrate approximately 40 physical time clocks. The selected solution must seamlessly integrate with GPA’s Workday ERP Scheduling environment.

Given GPA’s operational footprint in Savannah, Georgia, these devices will be deployed in a rugged ports environment. While some devices will reside outdoors under overhead sheds, all proposed hardware must be highly resilient against coastal weather elements.

Mandatory Pre-Conference: Is scheduled for the date and time specified. Vendors are required to attend in order to participate in the sourcing event. Vendors should be prepared to review the specifications and ask questions. Please submit any questions in writing via email or Ariba platform prior to the pre-conference to allow time for answers to be compiled.
