Contract: Brunswick Janitorial Service
Contract Description: To include cleaning services required to provide janitorial services for the Georgia Ports Authority, Mayor’s Point Terminal and Colonel’s Island Terminal located in Brunswick, Georgia. The successful bidder shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, supplies (including chemicals with exception of items listed that will be provided by GPA).
Contract Term: Term of the contract will be thirty-six (36) month period.

Site Visit: Site visit will be immediately after pre-conference ends. TWIC and GPA Credentials is required for entry on the terminal, escort maybe limited.
A Mandatory Pre-Conference: Is scheduled for the date and time specified. Vendors are required to attend in order to participate in the sourcing event. Vendors should be prepared to review the specifications and ask questions. Please submit any questions in writing via the Ariba platform prior to the pre-conference to allow time for answers to be compiled. Anyone attending the pre-conference will need to present a valid photo ID upon entrance to the GPA Administration Building.
