October 3, 2024 – 0930 hrs Update
To our Customers, Business Partners and Stakeholders,
As you know, the USMX/ILA contract covering U.S. East Coast and Gulf Coast ports expired September 30, 2024 resulting in the closure of the port range.
Negotiations are ongoing.
We enjoy a good working relationship with our local Labor partners and are not involved in the contract negotiations in New Jersey.
Savannah: Port operations and vessel operations remain closed.
Brunswick: Vessel operations remain closed. Please contact auto processors for their operational hours.
Business continuity: Our reopening plan is ready – we can reopen quickly once the USMX/ILA announce an agreement. We will coordinate with our stevedore, Gateway Terminals and the ILA to restart the operation.
