The recognized working hours of the ICTF shall be from 8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, holidays excepted, as well as Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 am to 9:00 am with prior notification.  However, intermodal rail services may be provided, at the Authority’s option, on a 24 hour, 7 day a week basis, if train arrivals and container volumes dictate.  If the Authority chooses to provide said service, ocean carriers are required to participate.
