GPA reserves the right to assess a terminal use fee whenever it is deemed necessary. Determining factors that may result in the assessment of this fee include, but are not limited to: the sudden/unexpected and large influx of either cargo, containers, and/or vessels; the extraordinary or hazardous nature and value of cargo or cargo within containers; the dimensions or weight of cargo; and whether additional measures are required to minimize disruption of the terminal.

GPA will provide a monetary terminal use fee estimate to the affected party or parties before the cargo or containers transit its terminal(s) and assess this fee in addition to all other charges.
