Any tenant leasing property owned by GPA is required to obtain written consent from GPA’s Director of Engineering prior to making any alterations, modifications, or additions to such property or any improvements thereon, whether such improvements are owned by the tenant or GPA. Tenant’s use of its leased property or improvements shall not interfere with GPA’s operation of its terminal facilities, the operation of any user of the terminal facilities, or any other tenant. If any tenant desires to use its leased premises for a new or different purpose, such tenant shall be required to obtain prior written approval from GPA.
