Containers and/or chassis, as described in Rule 5-131, that are either for sale or out-of-service (temporarily or permanently due to damages, repair issues, etc), will be assessed the storage charge indicated in Rule 5-148 on containers and chassis in For Sale or Out of Service status for more than 30 consecutive days.

The charges will be billed on a weekly basis and will be assessed in full regardless of provisions in any other agreement between the ocean carrier and GPA.
