Whenever a container is loaded to a vessel in error, and GPA determines the fault is the stevedore’s, and the stevedore acknowledges responsibility, the following charges will be assessed to the stevedore:

Loaded or Empty Container- $289.36, per container, (rate includes the initial container receipt in, dockage, crane / RTG rental, stevedore use fee, terminal security, and wharfage).
