Due to the tendency of the cargo to shift and the increased likelihood of damage, GPA will not assume any liability for damage to containers and/or their contents if said container consists of dry bulk products loaded loose in the container. For the purposes of this rule, dry bulk cargos include, but are not limited to, bulk agricultural products and bulk pellets.
