Applicability
This rule applies to all import, export or domestic automobiles moved via rail to or from Colonel’s Island Terminal (CIT), Brunswick, Georgia.

Fee Imposed
A Rail Utilization Fee of $6.00 per automobile shall be assessed for each automobile loaded to or unloaded from rail cars at Colonel’s Island Terminal.

Bill-To Party
The Auto Processor shall be the responsible bill-to party. The Auto Processor is the entity designated by the shipper or rail carrier to receive, handle, and stage vehicles moved via rail at Colonel’s Island Terminal.
