All vessel owners and agents, as well as other users of the Authority terminals, are responsible for returning facilities to include, but not limited to adjacent aprons and gutters to a suitable clean, and orderly condition. If the facilities are not returned to a suitable condition, the Authority will take the necessary steps to make the facilities suitable for further use, including the assessment of a $1,092.00 minimum charge. Continued failure to abide by this rule may result in denial of the use of the facilities by the offending party.
