All cargo will be received and delivered to a “Point of Rest” as designated by the GPA within a transit shed or warehouse, or an apron adjacent to the applicable berth. For import cargo, the stevedore will be responsible for providing materials needed for dunnage, lashing, or blocking and bracing and preforming any responsibilities related thereto at the point of rest. For export roll on/roll off cargo, a mafi trailer may act as a Point of Rest if available and the stevedore will be responsible for lashing the cargo to the mafi trailer.
