The purpose of this Marine Terminal Operating Schedule No. 6 (“MTOS”) is to set for the rates, rules, and regulations applicable to certain cargo handled at GPA’s Port of Brunswick including breakbulk, bulk, and RoRo (referred to herein collectively as “cargo”). All references to cargo herein will refer solely to breakbulk, bulk, and RoRo cargo. In additional to the foregoing, this MTOS will apply to a specific berth located at Garden City Terminal, in Garden City, Georgia, referred to as Berth GC50. No. 6 is governed by the GPA’s MTOS No. 5, to the extent applicable. In the event the terms and conditions of MTOS No.5 are inconsistent with the terms and conditions of MTOS No. 6, the terms and conditions of this MTOS No. 6 prevail. All capitalized terms used herein and not defined will have the meanings given to such terms in MTOS No. 5
