FREE TIME
The specified period of time that a loaded container may occupy terminal space assigned to it on GPA property, free of storage charges. GPA will grant the following Free Time beginning with the first 12:01 AM after a loaded container is unloaded from the transport conveyance:

     • CONTAINERS ARRIVING VIA RAIL AND DEPARTING VIA TRUCK FOR FUMIGATION
          o Four (4) consecutive calendar days

     •INTERNATIONAL CONTAINER (AS DEFINED HEREIN)
          o Import – Seven (7) consecutive calendar days
          o Export – Seven (7) consecutive calendar days
          o Transship – Ten (10) consecutive calendar days

     •NON-VESSEL CONTAINERS
          o Two (2) consecutive calendar days

     • OUT OF GAUGE INTERNATIONAL FLATRACKS AND ISO CONTAINERS
          o Import and Export – Five (5) consecutive calendar days

Note: Export receiving window will not open for more than two (2) vessels at one time for vessels in the same service.
