The terminal will measure cargo, if necessary, to determine the applicable handling rate. Otherwise, cargo will be measured only upon request, and in such circumstances, the charge for service will be the applicable labor rates. If it is necessary to use any cargo handling equipment to perform this service, the applicable equipment charges will also be assessed. The minimum charge for this service shall be $92.66.
