Working Hours: With the exception of Mayor’s Point Terminal, the working hours of GPA in connection with non-containerized cargo, will be from 8:am to 12:00pm, and 1:00pm to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, holidays excepted. Holidays are defined in rule 5-025 of MTOS No. 5. GPA’s working hours at Mayor’s Point Terminal, in connection with non-containers cargo, will be from 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday, holidays excepted. Any deviation from working hours requires GPA’s prior approval. Any request to work overtime must be received no later than 3:00pm on the day overtime is request.

Overtime: If GPA performs services at the request of the ocean carrier, its agent, stevedore, or any other user on Saturday, Sunday, holidays, or at times other than working hours, user will pay the applicable overtime rates for these services in Rule 5-185 of MTOS No. 5.
