We are closely monitoring the storm path. Our operations plan is:
Garden City Terminal, Port of Savannah
Truck gates
- Thursday, Sept. 26 — Gates close at 1800 hrs
- Friday, Sept. 27 — Gates open 0600 hrs for full containers only.
Empties will only be received for delivery and pickup starting at 1000 hrs (due to winds)
Gates close 1800 hrs
- Saturday, Sept. 28 — Gates open 0800 – 1700 hrs
- Sunday, Sept. 29 — Gates open 0800 – 1700 hrs
Vessel operations
- Friday, Sept. 27 — Vessel operations resume 1900 hrs
Ocean Terminal in the Port of Savannah
- Normal gate hours, Thursday-Friday: 0800-1200 hrs. 1300 – 1700 hrs. (1200 – 1300 hrs closed for lunch).
- No weekend gates.
Port of Brunswick
Colonel’s Island:
- Truck gates 1 and 2 will remain open.
- Please contact your Processor for hours of service.
Mayor’s Point:
- Friday 0700 – 1530 hrs.
- If additional hours needed, please contact Mayor’s Point Administration office at 912-264-7295.
Bainbridge:
- Reopening Friday, Sept. 27

- Friday, Sept. 27 — Gate change: 0600 (repeat 0600, not 0400) – 1800 hrs
- Saturday, Sept. 28 — Gates open 0800 – 1700 hrs
- Sunday, Sept. 29 — Gates open 0800 – 1700 hrs
Vessel operations
- Thursday, Sept. 26 — All vessels depart by 1130 hrs
- Friday, Sept. 27 — Vessel operations resume 1900 hrs
