The work consists of providing all materials, equipment, and labor required to renovate existing terminal areas to include container stacks and reefer racks. Renovation will consist of installation of 100+ acres of pavement, drainage, utilities, high mast lighting, pavement markings and other ancillary items as required to complete the work. The project is located at the Ocean Terminal, in Savannah, Georgia.

Interested parties are invited to attend a pre-bid meeting that will convene at 2:00 P.M., July 22nd, 2025, in the GPA Administrative Conference Room located at 2 Main Street, Garden City, Georgia, 31408. Bidders will have an opportunity to conduct an examination of the project site after the pre-bid meeting. Bidders may conduct additional examinations by contacting Zeb Treece at [email protected].

A site examination has been scheduled to follow the pre-bid meeting for interested bidders. Those Bidders planning to participate in the pre-bid meeting site examination will be required to notify the A/E (via e-mail or other written document) not later than 2:00 P.M. the day prior to the pre-bid meeting, and shall provide the full name, company, address, telephone number, and Driver’s License number of each attendee. Failure to provide such may result in denial of access.
