The Georgia Ports Authority (GPA) will receive sealed bids for its Garden City Terminal Gate 4 Canopy Improvements project No. 2410-1180 located in Garden City, Georgia. The project includes improvements to the existing interchange canopy, which consist of either replacement or coating of the existing roof sheet metal, removing and replacing damaged purlins, and removing and reinstalling any existing infrastructure to facilitate purlin replacement. The improvements also include renewing the complete coating system of the existing structure, renewing yellow hazard markings, renewing the coating system of the exterior building wall, and installing new lane signage. Additionally, the project includes the removal of the old grounding system, installation of a new grounding system, and the removal of an existing pneumatic tube system.
