The proposed program consists of upgrading existing asphalt and concrete pavements at Garden City Terminal in Garden City, Georgia. The scope further includes construction of concrete RTG runways, signage, and pavement markings. The program will be performed via an On-Call Master Services Agreement (MSA) over a minimum five (5)-year period.
