The proposed work consists of uniformly raising the elevation of the existing 26-acre concrete parking lot by approximately 3 feet. Work includes breaking and processing the existing concrete
pavement in place, placing structural fill to achieve the required elevation, constructing Fabriform slope protection along the perimeter tie-ins, installing new asphalt pavement over the raised site,
applying pavement striping, and implementing all required erosion and sediment control measures, including ongoing monitoring.
