The proposed work program duration shall be five (5) years and consists of replacement of side claddings and installation of concrete bin blocks at Warehouse 1, replacement of roof claddings, purlin improvements, and improvements of steel columns at Warehouse 2, above ground demotion of Warehouse 3 and limited improvement of Warehouse 4 wooden purlins.

The above work is the minimum proposed scope of work, the Owner may elect to include additional work scopes during the program duration. Additional proposals shall be requested for those work scopes. The program will be a Design-Build procurement. The work program is located at the Bainbridge Terminal, Bainbridge, Georgia.

Interested parties are invited to attend a pre-proposal Teams meeting that will convene at 11:00 AM., December 13, 2024. Meeting invitation will be sent to all known Proposers. The proposers may schedule terminal site visit for the purpose of reviewing the site, verifying dimensions or other investigative procedures with the local GPA representative Mr. Stuart Kelly contacting via telephone direct at (229)-400-3257 or via email [email protected]. All investigation works shall be as per the requirement set out in Contractor Environmental Awareness document as appended to the RFP.
