Congratulations to Capt. Captain E. “Lawrence” Gray on his recent retirement after serving the Port of Brunswick as a licensed state bar pilot for 52 years.
A lifelong resident of Glynn County, Ga., Gray began as a Brunswick pilot in 1968, after working in a family tugboat business.
The Brunswick maritime community and beyond will miss his dedication and enthusiasm for his work.
