Note 1:\u00a0 Minimum Forklift Charge: <\/strong>Excludes Paper or Paper Articles (MTOS Rule 34-350<\/a>), Woodpulp (MTOS Rule 34-360<\/a>), Metal Articles (MTOS Rule 34-335<\/a>), and Rubber (MTOS Rule 34-351<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Note 2:\u00a0 Minimum Storage Charge:<\/strong> Excludes Paper or Paper Articles (MTOS Rule 34-415<\/a>), Woodpulp (MTOS Rule 34-425<\/a>), Metal Articles (MTOS Rule 34-400<\/a>), and Rubber (MTOS Rule 34-416<\/a>). The Authority reserves the right to determine what constitutes a unit.<\/p>\n

Note 3:\u00a0 Import Cargo: <\/strong>A delivery order is required for each ocean bill of lading unless the Authority agrees to multiple bills of lading on a single delivery order.<\/p>\n
