Each stevedore loading and / or unloading vessels at the terminals of the Authority shall be assessed the following charges, per net ton of cargo:

| Ocean Terminal | 0.65 |
| Colonel’s Island Terminal | 0.65 |
| East River Terminal | 0.65 |
| Mayor’s Point Terminal | 0.65 |
