If funding for a renewal period is approved, the services would be ordered on a new contract if all contracting parties so agree, and services\/products provided by the vendor have been satisfactory.<\/p>\n<p>Mandatory Pre-Conference [1:00 pm, Wednesday October 29, 2025]<\/p>\n<p>Location: Georgia Ports Authority<br \/>\nGarden City Administration Building, 2nd Floor Conference Center<br \/>\n2 Main St.<br \/>\nGarden City, GA 31408<\/p>\n<p>**Please Confirm your interest in participating by emailing Lisa Lansford: llansford@gaports.com by 12:00 noon, Tuesday, October 28, 2025, with your organization name and names of all attendees.<\/p>\n<p>A Mandatory Pre-Conference: Is scheduled for the date and time specified. Vendors are required to attend in order to participate in the sourcing event. Vendors should be prepared to review the specifications and ask questions. Please submit any questions in writing via the Ariba platform prior to the pre-conference to allow time for answers to be compiled.
