The successful bidder shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, supplies (including chemicals with exception of items listed that will be provided by GPA).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Contract Term:<\/strong> Term of the contract will be thirty-six (36) month period.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Project No.:<\/strong> 26-BE-70000666<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>Mandatory Pre-Conference\/Site Visit: [10:00 a.m., Thursday Aug.28, 2025]<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location: Georgia Ports Authority<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Mayor&#8217;s Point Conference Room<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>100 Gloucester Street<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Brunswick, GA 31520<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>**Please Confirm your interest in participating by emailing Benita Evans: bevans@gaports.com by 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 27, 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Site Visit:<\/strong> Site visit will be immediately after pre-conference ends. TWIC and GPA Credentials is required for entry on the terminal, escort maybe limited.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A Mandatory Pre-Conference: Is scheduled for the date and time specified. Vendors are required to attend in order to participate in the sourcing event. Vendors should be prepared to review the specifications and ask questions. Please submit any questions in writing via the Ariba platform prior to the pre-conference to allow time for answers to be compiled.
