Contract: Plumbing Services<\/p>\n
Contract Description: 12 Mo. contract to include, but is not limited to, providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, test equipment, and services required to perform new plumbing installations, modify existing plumbing, performing routine repairs and emergency repairs to Potable Water, Sewer systems, and other related items located at Georgia Ports Authority\u2019s Garden City Terminal and Ocean Terminal, in Savannah, and Mayor\u2019s Point, and Colonel\u2019s Island, in Brunswick, Georgia.<\/p>\n
Contract Term: The contract term will be a twelve (12) month period and may be renewed for two (2) successive one (1) year renewal periods with written approval of the GPA and the vendor. If funding for a renewal period is approved, the services would be ordered on a new contract if all contracting parties so agree, and services\/products provided by the vendor have been satisfactory.<\/p>\n
