 <\/p>\n

Note 1<\/strong>:\u00a0 Rate does not apply when cargo configuration is such that Authority cranes cannot lift, or when the lift exceeds 55,000 pounds.<\/p>\n

Note 2<\/strong>:\u00a0 If the lift is made with an Authority crane, a minimum charge of $742.28<\/strong>, per lift, will be assessed.<\/p>\n

Note 3:\u00a0<\/strong>If the lift is made with an Authority toplift, a minimum charge of $664.03<\/strong>, per lift, will be assessed.<\/p>\n
