Loose pipe should be properly dunnaged between tiers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note 3<\/strong>: If the lift is made with an Authority crane, a minimum charge of <strong>$742.28,<\/strong> per lift, will be assessed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note 4:\u00a0<\/strong>If the lift is made with an Authority toplift, a minimum charge of <strong>$664.03<\/strong>, per lift, will be assessed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note 5:<\/strong>\u00a0If loading to a gondola car lid removal fee will apply.
