Note 1<\/strong>: Rate does not apply in the following circumstances: (a) when cargo configuration is such that Authority\u00a0equipment,\u00a0either cranes or forklifts, cannot safely handle, or (b) when lift exceeds 55,000 Lbs.\u00a0Crane appointments are required on any crane lift, and failure to make the required appointment may result in higher charges.<\/p>\n

Note 2<\/strong>: Pipe which is not bundled may cause the Authority to refuse to unload if it is deemed unsafe. Loose pipe should be properly dunnaged between tiers.<\/p>\n

Note 3<\/strong>: If the lift is made with an Authority crane, a minimum charge of $742.28,<\/strong> per lift, will be assessed.<\/p>\n

Note 4:\u00a0<\/strong>If the lift is made with an Authority toplift, a minimum charge of $664.03<\/strong>, per lift, will be assessed.<\/p>\n

Note 5:<\/strong>\u00a0If loading to a gondola car lid removal fee will apply. (See Rule 34-290<\/a>)<\/p>\n
